International Business Development
Roy Allen began his career with Rudolph Foods as the company’s Director of Sales in 2002, and quickly grew in that position until he was promoted in 2006 to Vice President of Business Development.
Prior to Rudolph Foods, Roy studied engineering and business management at Purdue University, and worked as a Sales Engineer at Heat and Control, Inc., a food processing and packaging company. Before joining H&C, Roy worked for more than 14 years, in several positions within the Keebler organization. During his tenure as a Project Engineer with the Keebler organization, Roy was also a member of the National Labor Negotiation team for the company.
Finishing his career with Keebler as the Manager of Engineering, Roy was at that time responsible for the management of three snack plants.
Roy has also built a professional reputation as a turnaround expert, having served on the Keebler Project Advance team – a small group that focused on improving troubled operations within both domestic and international divisions.
